Is there a room block set up?

We have a discounted block of rooms that are being held at the Double Tree Hilton which is walking distance to the Roxy and you can make a reservation here.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 1 day or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

While we do not have a specific dress code, please bring a jacket with you. We keep the conference room cold, so be prepared.

Is parking included in the conference ticket?

Parking is NOT included in the ticket. The Roxy is located in The Battery which has multiple parking decks managed by LAZ Parking. The Orange and Delta decks are the closest to the venue. Are meals provided at the conference?

There will be light snacks throughout the day and lunch will be served during the conference. There will also be a reception that includes light hors d’oeuvres and drinks after the conference.

Covid-19 Protocol

We’re committed to the health and safety of our community, which is why we will implement the following COVID-19 protocols:

Strict adherence to local health guidelines
Venue thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day
Access to hand sanitizer stations at multiple locations
All staff are required to wear masks (masks optional for attendees)
Complimentary masks provided
Contactless entry to venue
We highly encourage social distancing when possible
